I’ve led and contributed to a range of public health initiatives across HIV, STIs, TB, family planning, and reproductive health. Here are some key programs and projects I’ve been part of—showcasing my work in clinical services, health systems strengthening, provider training, and community impact.
HIV Viral Load Scale-Up & Specimen Transport System
Led the viral load scale-up across DKI Jakarta, raising testing coverage from below 10% to over 90%. Developed communication materials, performance tools, and coordinated with PHO, DHOs, and health facilities to implement an efficient viral load specimen transport system for PLHIV.
National Family Planning Provider Training Program
Designed and managed national-level training programs for midwives, OB/GYNs, GPs, and pharmacists to strengthen family planning and postabortion care services. Developed curricula, educational materials, and supervised 90+ trainers across Indonesia to standardize service quality.
Served as the focal-point coordinator for Indonesia’s first PrEP pilot across Jakarta and Greater Jakarta. Led clinical mentoring, provider training, and development of job aids, technical tools, and learning modules in collaboration with MoH, WHO, UNAIDS, and UNPAD. Strengthened HIV prevention services and improved provider readiness for nationwide PrEP rollout.
Strengthened TB case-finding and reporting across 90 hospitals and 100 clinics through PPM implementation. Developed tools for MDR-TB cohort analysis (MICA), supported district-level TB program monitoring, and improved notification rates in Bekasi–Karawang.
